A key inputting device, wherein electrodes are installed on the upper surface of a printed board and cup-like metal domes are formed to cover the electrodes. An elastic and deformable pusher sheet is installed on the metal domes. Parts projected downward are formed on the pusher sheet at positions just above the center portions of the metal domes. Cutout parts separating the cantilever-like portions with projected portions of the pusher sheet from the other portions thereof in a cantilever shape are formed in the area of the pusher sheet surrounding the downwardly projected parts. The cutout parts are disposed on the outside of the portions of the pusher sheet corresponding to the areas thereof just below keytops. Accordingly, the outer edges of the keytops are positioned on the insides of the cantilever-shaped portions in plan view. As a result, excellent key operating feeling can be provided by reducing a necessary pressing force.
