<p>[PROBLEMS] To provide a putter club capable of performing accurate shot with high probability. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] This putter club is so formed that a roughly cylindroid grip (3) with the maximum dimension of 30 to 50 mm in cross section is fitted to the rear end of a shaft (1) so that, when a player holds the putter club at the ready, the upper face of the grip can be tilted by 7 ± 4° relative to the axis of the shaft to the player's side. Since the putter club can be held such that both hands are aligned with each other and both fore fingers are holdingly extended in the direction of a putter head, the lines of both shoulders of the player can be easily positioned parallel with a line connecting the heels of both feet of the player to each other and an allowance is produced at the wrists of the player. As a result, the player can smoothly swing the putter club even if the player firmly holds the putter club.</p> |
