<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold information about a device link profile for improving security of a controller for an image formation device used by a plurality of users. <P>SOLUTION: By means of this controller for the image formation device, the device link profile for reproducing a color reproduction characteristics in a target image formation device in an image formation device as a control target, is held in association with at least one piece of user identification information, and by a use request for the device link profile from a user, it is determined whether use of the device link profile is allowed or not according to presence/absence of designation of the user identification information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
