<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible substrate which can reduce effectively the so-called chattering noise resulting from a laminating component, irrespective of the change of a laminating component or a mounting position. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible substrate 111 serves as a flexible substrate for mounting a capacitor 113.
