PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more quickly and surely transmit data according to the receiving environment of a short range radio communication device of a partner. SOLUTION: This device is a short range radio communication device. The device includes an environment setting information storage for storing transmission environment information for setting a transmission environment of short range radio communication, corresponding to receiving environment information indicative of a receiving environment of the short range radio communication; a receiving environment acquisition for acquiring receiving environment information indicative of a receiving environment of the short range radio communication in the short range radio communication device of the partner, by the short range radio communication from the short range radio communication device of the partner; a transmission environment setter for reading transmission environment information corresponding to the receiving environment information acquired by the receiving environment acquisition, from the environment setting information storage, and setting a transmission environment of the short range radio communication on the basis of the read-out transmission environment information; and a data transmitter for transmitting the data to the short range radio communication device of the partner, in the transmission environment set by the transmission environment setter.
