PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet having general-purpose properties and a voice communication function by bone conduction having high sound leakage-preventing ability at low cost. SOLUTION: The helmet 2 is worn in a state in which teak pad 3 is attached thereto. A loudspeaker microphone unit 4 is buried in the teak pad 3. In the loudspeaker microphone unit 4, a vibration transmission member 11 is provided on the side contacting with the head (cheek) and the vibration transmission member 11 is brought into contact with a bone-conductive loudspeaker microphone 10 under prescribed pressure and the whole is covered with a resin. A telecommunication cable 5 is extended from a prescribed position of the helmet 2 through the interior of the helmet 2 to the outside and wired to a control unit 6 installed at a prescribed position. The control unit 6 carries out prescribed signal processing to signals fed from the bone conductive loudspeaker microphone 10 and transmits the signals to external equipment and feeds voice signals fed from the external equipment to the bone-conductive loudspeaker microphone 10.
