PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility of falling of a hanging implement to surely hold the hanging implement; to improve functionality in terms of use by an end user such as swing and rotation of a clip; to perform safe and simple assembly; and to lower overall costs by using inexpensive components. SOLUTION: The plurality of clips are suspended from the frame of a metallic pipe. The hanging implement is constituted of an upper side part in a spiral shape, a lower side part forming a ring for attaching the clip and an intermediate connecting rod connecting the upper and lower side parts. The upper side part is in a spiral form. The spiral tip is in the shape of being opened upwards so as to easily enter a hole opened on the frame when incorporated. The spiral tip is inserted to the hole opened on the lower side of the frame. Then, the spiral is rotated and engaged into the frame. It is further screwed to the last. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
