<p>A vent (10) for a tile roof (2) is disclosed. The vent (10) includes a first member (16) preferably substantially formed of a metal, a second member (14) preferably substantially formed of a plastic material, and a connector (12) attached to the underside of the second member (14). The second member (14) is positioned below and spaced apart from the first member (16). The first and second members (16), (14) together define a ventilation gap (15) therebetween. The first member (16) and second member (14) are preferably releasably connected to each other. The connector (12) is configured to connect with an air conduit (8). The connector (12) is further configured to be compatible with a plurality of sizes and types of air conduits (8). The ventilating gap (15) and the connector (12) are together configured to permit airflow between above the roof (2) and the air conduit (8).</p> |
