PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency of e-mails and user's operability while securing the safety of e-mail addresses. SOLUTION: In an e-mail generating method, a plurality of e-mail addresses and message data are received, the plurality of e-mail addresses are sorted into a plurality of groups in accordance with the number of specified groups or on the basis of a previously determined rule, message data received by using only the sorted e-mail addresses as destinations in each sorted group are applied as message data common to each sorted group to generate e-mails, and the e-mails generated in each group are transmitted.
