PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of preventing a physiological active substance from being adsorbed on a sensor surface due to a noncovalent bond, and capable of preventing an immobilization amount of the physiological active substance from being thereby fluctuated onto the sensor surface. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a biosensor immobilized with the physiological active substance onto the surface, the physiological active substance is immobilized on the surface of a substrate by bringing a physiological active substance containing solution containing at least one kind of surfactant into contact with the substrate.
