PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in intense exposure resistance and electrical characteristics, and having good repetition stability and printing durability. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, wherein the photosensitive layer contains an amine compound represented by a general formula (1), wherein R<SP>1</SP>-R<SP>3</SP>each represent an alkylene group which may have a substituent; Ar<SP>1</SP>and Ar<SP>2</SP>each represent an aryl group which may have a substituent; and Ar<SP>3</SP>represents a condensed polycyclic group which may have a substituent and may also have a hetero atom.
