PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture bone powder into crystallized bones in the form of small bells by high-temperature treatment. SOLUTION: This crystallized bone manufacturing machine includes: a bone meal bucket 41 in which the bone powder is put; a heating furnace 42 for heating and melting the bone powder at high temperature; and a heating mechanism 45 providing a heat source in the heating furnace 42. A cooling and collecting machine 50 includes: a spindle plate 10 provided on the lower side of a discharge port 520 of the heating furnace 42; an oscillating container 20 vertically vibrated by the rotation of a rotating shaft 25 connecting the spindle plate 10 and a driving motor 74; a support bracket 30, one end of which is supported and fixed in a housing 46 to support the spindle plate 10 and the oscillating container 20; and blowers 54a, 54b, 54c positioned below the oscillating container 20 supported by the support bracket 30 to cool and collect the generated crystallized bones R.
