An imaging device for a radiotherapy system in which ?-rays rotate and focus, comprising rotary rings (12,22) arranged on a gantry (3), a source body (10), and a collimator body (20). Multiple radiation sources (11,30) are provided in the source body (10). Beam channels corresponding to the radiation sources (11,30) are provided in the collimator body (20). The radiation sources (11,30) focus on the common focus point (1) on the rotary axis through the beam channels. The imaging device for a radiotherapy system also comprises a diagnosis imaging system which includes a diagnosis radiation source (30), a detector (31), and a data processing system. The diagnosis imaging system is able to monitor the therapy procedure in real time in order to ensure an accurate radiotherapy and enhance the radiotherapy effect.
