The arrangement has an elastic membrane (7) that is a part of a mechanical-electrical transducer (8) situated in a cavity (4). A removable sound generator is provided at an open end of a cavity (3). A signal, which is emitted by the sound generator, is received at the mechanical-electrical transducer by an auditory ossicle chain that is reconstructed by using an auditory ossicle artificial limb (17).
