<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-distance radio communication apparatus, capable of improving the certainty of communication by enabling easy positioning at communication. <P>SOLUTION: The short-distance radio communication apparatus is provided with a short-distance radio communication means 5 where communication radio waves have directivity of a predetermined range, and an operating means 3 for operating a communication state.
