PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of the value of a program stored in a recording device.

SOLUTION: The recording device is connected to an information processor for acquiring content from an external server. The recording device has a recording processor for receiving recording reservation, and a recording program information storage for storing a recording program keyword related to the content of the program whose recording has been reserved. The information processor comprises a conversion target keyword storage for storing a plurality of keywords including the recording program keyword; a conversion dictionary storage for storing a conversion dictionary, where a conversion target keyword is related to a text after the conversion of each keyword; a content acquisition section for acquiring the content from the server; an analyzer for extracting the conversion target keyword from the acquired content; a converter for replacing the extracted keyword by the text after conversion based on the conversion dictionary; and a conversion necessity determination section for allowing the converter to execute substitution when the extracted keyword is stored in the recording program information storage.
