PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment by which complicated operations in every facsimile transmission or every Internet facsimile transmission are omitted. SOLUTION: The communication equipment has a transmitting job data base, a call instruction receiving means for receiving a call instruction of a transmitting job pattern from an external device 31, a name transmitting means for transmitting all stored transmitting job names 43 to the external device 31, a name receiving means for receiving the transmitting job names 43 from the external device 31, an extraction means for extracting transmitting job patterns corresponding to the received transmitting job names 43 by retrieving the transmitting job data base, a pattern transmitting means for transmitting the extracted transmitting job patterns to the external device 31, a pattern receiving means for receiving the transmitted transmitting job patterns or their transmitting job patterns after correction from the external device 31, an execution instruction receiving means for receiving an execution instruction of transmitting jobs from the external device 31 and an execution means for executing the transmitting jobs by the received transmitting job patterns.
