PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for purifying reactor water which has small heat loss during operation and generates small amount of wastes in discarding. SOLUTION: There are provided a filtering device 14 connected to a reactor 1 for filtering reactor water that is the coolant of the reactor 1, a demineralizing device 6 connected to the filtering device 14 for demineralizing reactor water filtered with the filtering device 14, and a power source 7 impressing direct voltage to the demineralizing device 6. The demineralizing device 6 comprises electrodes 8a and 8b provided in a case introducing reactor water, and diaphragms 9a and 9b consisting of a metal system or an alloy system, having fine holes and provided in between the electrodes 8a and 8b. The device is constituted such that between the electrodes 8a and 8b and the diaphragms 9a and 9b, concentrated water chamber 15a and 15b for storing reactor water with high ion density are formed, and between the diaphragms 9a and 9b, a demineralized water chamber 11 for storing reactor water with low ion concentration is formed.
