PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper connecting structure which can reduce a risk that a bolt or a nut may be loosened or damaged even if a force acts in the direction of the vertical separation of sleeper connecting members, when sleepers are connected to one another by means of the sleeper connecting member. SOLUTION: The sleeper connecting member 10 of the sleeper connecting structure 1 is provided with upside and downside horizontal plates 16 and 18 as a pair of horizontal plates, and a vertical plate 17. A plurality of the juxtaposed sleepers 81 are arranged in a state of being vertically sandwiched between the horizontal plates 16 and 18.
