The invention relates to a lignocellulosic, heat-formable composite material and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the material is made up, by hot mixing, of a lignocellulosic comminuted compound, 10% in comparison with the quantity of said compound, compatibility-rendering additive such as a maleic copolymer, a quantity equal to the polymer lignocellulosic compound, preferably polyethylene comminuted waste. According to the invention, the process applied for obtaining the material, comprises pre-treating at a temperature of 180A C, the lignocellulosic compound, together with the compatibility-rendering additive, with a quantity equal to the one of the comminuted polymer waste, at a temperature of 180A C, for up to 4 min, and the obtained mixture is transfered and subjected to cold pressing, there being obtained a board preferably with a thickness of 10 mm wherefrom it is cut, as pieces having preferably a surface of 1 dm2, said pieces being cooled up to reaching the room temperature and then are milled, and the obtained flakes are deposited for 24 h and then can be subjected, alternatively, to hot and cold pressing, whereafter the conditioning of the pressed half-finished product takes place.
|
