A window for noise and impact prevention in a building is provided to prevent noise and impact by absorbing shock when a window is inserted to a window frame and preventing the transfer of noise through a gap between a door and a doorframe by using a spring plate. The window for noise and impact prevention in a building comprises: a window frame(10) formed by installing outer plates(12) on both sides of a vertical frame(11) and installing an intermediate plate(13) between both outer plates, and provided with guide slit holes(16) formed to be stepped between the outer plate and the intermediate plate, a guide projection(14) formed between the outer plate and the intermediate plate, and a hanger formed on the end of the guide projection; a shock absorber(20) provided with a projection groove, a spring plate groove with an opening, a fixing groove formed on the opposite side to the opening of the spring plate groove of the shock absorber and fitted with the guide projection of the window frame, and bolt holes fixed to the guide slit grooves of the window frame by fixing bolts(17) and nuts to move forward and backward; a spring plate(30) provided with many springs welded between a fixing plate and a support plate to be supported elastically; an outer noise isolation bar(40) provided with a fixing groove to fix the outer plate with a bolt and a window adhesion plane to attach a noise isolator(43); an inner noise isolation bar(50) provided with a fixing groove to fix the intermediate plate with a bolt and attached with noise isolation members; and a rubber frame(60) provided with a groove(61) to fix the vertical part of the window frame with a bolt and a projection(62) to engage with the projection groove of the shock absorber.
