Pharmaceutical compositions containing vitamin D and calcium and process of their preparation

In the present invention, there is disclosed a pharmaceutical composition containing vitamin D, calcium and a binding agent selected from from the group comprising propylene glycol, a polyethylene glycol with a molecular weight in the range of 300 to 1500, liquid paraffin or silicone oil wherein the invented pharmaceutical composition is useful for the treatment of nutritional deficiency of calcium and vitamin D in elder persons. There is also disclosed a process for preparing such pharmaceutical composition.
