A variable window frame for a living room of a building is provided to increase space utilization by moving and installing to a balcony and a living room easily and strongly at the change of seasons. The variable window frame for a living room of a building comprises: a window frame(10) moved along a transfer rail to a living room and a balcony and provided with front and rear rollers(13,14), a rail hole(15) formed to penetrate the bottom of the rollers horizontally, and a partial deformation prevention plate(16) adhered closely to a movable stopper; a transfer rail(20) fixed to a ceiling over the living room and the veranda and provided with a rail unit(21) having a hanging projection(23) and a bracket unit(24) fixed to the ceiling by fastening bolts(25); a movable support(30) fixed to the front of a handrail projection to support the window frame from the lower part and provided with a movable roller(31); and a hanger member(40) installed on the bottom of an end projection of the living room to suspense the bottom of the window frame. |
