FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the means of free-flowing materials batching, namely flour conditioners in the baking industry. The batcher has a bunker with a sieve and a flap, a turner in the form of the blades placed on horizontal shaft of the bunker. The bunker consists of two sides having sulcate stainless steel sheet attached to them and the turner has three blades. Thus the horizontal shaft on which three blades are placed is connected byn means of the crank-type conrod mechanism to the batcher shaft of the dough-mixing machine. The quantity of batched flour conditioners of the dough-mixing machine is regulated by increase or reduction of the number of sieve openings by means of the flap, by increase or reduction of a rotation angle of a turner, by change of the length of crank-type conrod mechanism levers. ^ EFFECT: exact and continuous batching of conditioner, even distribution and a possibility to change the quantity of the conditioner depending on the quantity of flour. ^ 3 dwg |
