MODULE SENSING GAS FOR MOBILE PHONE

A gas sensor module of a mobile terminal is provided to measure accurate alcohol concentration, to minimize space restriction on installation of internal components of a mobile terminal and to enhance the utility of space. A terminal case includes a formation hole through which external air passes. A hermetically closed case(1322) is installed within the terminal case and has gas passing holes(1322a) connected with the formation hole. A gas sensor(1321) is provided within the hermetically closed case(1322), senses a particular component of a gas introduced through the gas passing holes(1322a), and outputs a corresponding electrical signal. An FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) is installed to be electrically connected with the gas sensor(1321) within the terminal case in order to transfer the electrical signal outputted from the gas sensor(1321) to a main PCB.
