FIELD: equipment for processing of raw grain material, used in food-engineering enterprises. ^ SUBSTANCE: press-extruder has casing, screw mounted within casing and made integral with tip, and die. Press is provided with sleeve having face formed thereon, and forming washer, said sleeve and washer having been inserted into die. Tip is made in the form of cylinder to define gap with sleeve. Value and width of gap are adjusted by replacing one sleeve with another. ^ EFFECT: preventing resultant product from overburning, full homogenization of product owing to employment of compound shift effect in die. ^ 2 dwg |
