CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME FOR MULTI-CHANNEL SERIAL COMMUNICATION

A CRC(cyclic redundancy check) device for multi-channel serial communication and a communication system comprising the same are provided to reduce the size of the total circuit and to remove time delay during the communication by processing CRC in parallel, by implementing a mathematical result equation with a CRC circuit. A first cyclic redundancy check part generates first cyclic redundancy check bits by receiving parallel data. A transmission part transmits the parallel data through multi channels, and transmits the first cyclic redundancy check bits through the multi channels when the parallel data is transmitted. A second cyclic redundancy check part generates second cyclic redundancy check bits by receiving parallel data received through the multi channels. A judgment part judges the generation of an error, by comparing the first cyclic redundancy check bits with the second cyclic redundancy check bits.
