摘要 A process of forming a polymeric coating layer on surface of a synthetic resin product is provided to form a plating layer with excellent adhesiveness at lower temperature than melting point of the synthetic resin product while inhibiting harmful material, and to prevent modification of the product by applying the polymeric coating layer to the surface of the product and a metal compound to the polymeric coating layer. The process includes the steps of: preparing a synthetic resin product(10) in constant form by forming(or molding) synthetic resin; washing surface of the synthetic resin product; forming a polymeric coating layer(30) with thickness of 0.1 to 10 micrometers by polymerizing a monomer into a particular polymer through typical polymerization and applying the polymer; and forming a metal texture coating layer(40) with thickness of 0.1 to 5 micrometers by reacting a metal containing reactive gas to produce a metal compound and applying the metal compound over the polymeric coating layer via deposition. The monomer is hydrocarbon monomer containing acetylene, methane, etc. Alternatively, the monomer is organic silicon-based monomer.
