ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR DISK DRIVER

A disk drive assembling method is provided to be capable of comprising a disk index, a cover index, and a transfer unit, thus a space formed to dispose an assembling device is relatively reduced while a rotative angle of workstations of the indexes is small and an assembling work is conducted on the same plane, consequently vibration caused by transferring or a working error is minimized. A disk index(50) has plurally divided disk workstations. A balancing checking device(90) checks balancing by driving a disk assembled into a base. A mass insertion device(91) inserts a balance mass into an automatically eccentric position on the basis of the balancing checked results. A transfer unit(60) transfers the base by being disposed among the balancing checking device(90), the mass insertion device(91), and an ID plate(70). A cover index(80) has plurally divided cover workstations by being rotatively disposed as adjoining the ID plate(70).
