A CMOS image sensor is provided to improve a dynamic range and a signal-to-noise ratio by remarkably improving a fill factor. A pixel array is constructed in a manner that a plurality of pixels share one column line. A drive transistor(Dx) amplifies and outputs the data of the plurality of pixels that is outputted through the column line. The pixel includes a photodiode(PD), a reset transistor(Rx) for resetting the photodiode and a select transistor(Sx) for transferring the charges accumulated in the photodiode to the drive transistor.
