PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and surely provide a foamed coaxial cable with relatively small diameter, large power capacity, small attenuation in a high frequency band (1 GHz or more) and deterioration prevention effect for an insulator. SOLUTION: In this small diameter foamed coaxial cable, an inner layer with thickness of 0.01-0.20 mm made of a PP composition added with 0.1 mass% or more of an antioxidizing agent, 0.05 mass% or more of metal deactivator is 0.5 mass% or less of total content of an antioxidizing agent and a metal deactivator is formed on an inner conductor, thereon, a foamed insulator layer made of a base resin comprising an EP copolymer wherein melt tension at the time of breakage measured with a capillary tube rheometer is 4.0 g or more, and MFR at 190°C and 2.16 kg are 0.6 g/10 min or more is provided.
