PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag or a bag package in which by pulling, releasing and unsealing the bag package by using a knob for unsealing formed during the unsealing of the bag, the shape of the bag package is kept in favorable appearance until unsealing, and the original shape of the packaging bag can be kept without largely destroying the shape of the packaging bag. SOLUTION: An end seal 5 formed on a bag end 3 extended from a bag body 2 has a main seal 7 formed in a state that an end edge 9 remains at the bag end 3 and sealing the bag body 2, and an auxiliary seal 8 for preventing an opening from being formed on a part of the bag width W of the bag end 3 at the end edge 9. Before unsealing, there exists no possibility of opening packaging materials 9a and 9b in the region of the auxiliary seal 8, and the appearance can be kept in a favorable state. By pulling and releasing the auxiliary seal 8 by pinching the packaging materials 9a and 9b, the unsealed end edge 9 becomes a knob for unsealing the main seal 7 over the whole width W of the bag end 3.
