PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an angle of upper surface of a wing part while firmly supporting the wing part at two front and rear places. SOLUTION: The rear spoiler device has a base part 5 which supports the wing part with respect to a rear body 7. The rear spoiler device has an angle change mechanism 35 which forms the base part 5 with a pair of front and rear support columns 16F, 16R, and changes the angle of the upper surface of the wing part 4 by elevating either one 16R of the front and rear support columns relative to the other support column 16F.
