A method and terminal device for performing multi-system constraint on special right in digital right. A right object associated with a content object is acquired by an executing device, a special right description of the right object comprises a system constraint description used in multiple congeneric system; a corresponding system information within the present device is acquired by the executing device based on the system constraint description; the system information within the present device is compared with the system information in system constraint description by the executing device, in order to decide if any allowable system in the system constraint description is within the present device, if so, it is allowed to perform the special right on the content object, otherwise, it isn't allowed to perform the special right on the content object. |
