<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member which regulates that the seal member for sealing the opening of a reagent container falls in the opening at the time of opening and closing of the opening and capable of performing smooth on-off operation, and the cap of the reagent container reduced in the number of constituent parts and simple in structure. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing member 5 is used for the cap applied to the reagent container and has a sealing part 5g undulated centering around a predetermined position to cover the opening of the cap, in a freely openable and closable manner.
