<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple operating appliance for the extra-serosa exposed tumor covering which can prevent the artificial scattering of a tumor cell due to a surgical operation of a digestive organ or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The operating appliance comprises a pair of frames of which the individual free end sections are rotatably connected to each other, a storage bag of which the aperture edge is fixed to the pair of the connected frames and an engagement section which is disposed at the approximate center of the frames and can maintain a closure situation of the pair of the frames. Thereby, the intestinal canal around the serosa infiltration region can be held by using the pair of the frames of which the free end sections are rotatably connected and simultaneously, the intestinal canal around the serosa infiltration region can be covered by the storage bag of which the aperture edge is fixed to the frames. Also, the situation to certainly cover the intestinal canal around the serosa infiltration region can be maintained by the engagement section which can maintain the closure situation of the pair of the connected frames and the operating appliance can be taken out from inside of the body cavity outside of the body cavity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
