PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noise from being generated from an inner separation wall owing to impact force from a distribution control panel, by fixing a first separation member and a second separation member that comprise the inner separation wall between fluid chambers by caulking them without looseness. SOLUTION: As a packing member 102 in a compressed state between a flange face and a flange part 76 always works a restoring force in a direction to depart these from each other on the flange face and the flange part and impact force applied on a bottom panel 90 and a top panel 78 from the distribution control panel 94 can be effectively lessened by the action of viscosity of the packing member, even if the distribution control panel collides with the top panel part and the bottom panel part of a storing chamber 80 repeatedly in synchronization with input vibration, it is possible to prevent the flange face and the flange part from directly colliding by the packing member and the impact force applied to the top panel part and the bottom panel part from the distribution panel can be lessened.
