PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting implement facilitating connection work and reducing cost because of being connectable to a bolt so as to have sufficient strength only being embedded in the end of a column or the like without forming a through hole in the column which is hard work. SOLUTION: The connecting implement is composed of a connecting implement body having a bolt insertion hole formed penetrating the inside, and a screw thread formed at the outer peripheral part; an engaging part formed at the rear end of the connecting implement body and engaged with a tool for rotating the connecting implement body; and a nut mechanism allowing the bolt to be inserted into an optional position and screwed with a plurality of divided nut segments always energized in a small diameter direction and engaged with the bolt when the bolt is inserted in the bolt insertion hole provided in the tip part of the connecting implement body, from the rear end to pass through.
