PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spectacles and sunglasses which are improved as to the problem that the front of spectacles come down when put on because of the height of the nose ridge of a person who wears the spectacles and imbalance in weight between the front and back of the spectacles. SOLUTION: The spectacles 1 formed by connecting frames 2 in which lenses 3 are put or the lenses 3 together by a bridge 4, providing nose pads 5 inside, and providing temples 9 outside through L-shaped metal fittings 6 and hinges 7 are provided with weights 11 for adjustment at back portions of the temples 9.
