PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new system for manufacturing a eye lens that can manage the eye lens, individually in stages of a plurality of processes and inspection from an intermediate process state to a product, permit standard values of respective eye lenses to be confirmed and so on, and can significantly improve the operating efficiency. SOLUTION: An individual information storage means made to correspond to the lens for eye is conveyed over the stages of a plurality of processes and the inspection. In a region for the stages of the plurality of processes and inspection, a reader writer device is installed to write and read necessary information to and out of the individual information storage means. Furthermore, a computer network equipped with a general information storage means is structured and in the region of the plurality of processes and the inspection, it is made to properly use stored information in the individual information storage means and stored information in the general information storage means. Even if troubles arise in the computer network, operations can be carried out in the region of the respective processes by using the stored information in the individual information storage means.
