PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the dimensional accuracy by reducing variation in packing density of powder in each part in manufacturing while keeping a structure not to impair the supporting stability even when a sub-cutting blade is damaged in a throw-away tip made by sintering for machining a right-angled corner with a main cutting blade and the sub-cutting blade. SOLUTION: This throw-away tip 1 includes: a top face 2; a flat base; two side surface: two end faces; a main cutting blade 6 formed by ridge lines at positions where the side surfaces and the top face intersect; a sub-cutting blade 7 formed by ridge lines at positions where the end faces and the top face intersect; and nose parts 9<SB>-1</SB>to 9<SB>-4</SB>formed at the axial support surface 8 supported by a tip seat of a cutter body and the top face corners, wherein in the nose parts 9<SB>-1</SB>to 9<SB>-4</SB>, the corner angles in a plan view of the tip are substantially right-angled, the axial support surface 8 is constructed by part of the end face, and the sub-cutting blade 7 is located on a plane parallel to the axial support surface 8 and parallel to the base and in a position projecting in the longitudinal direction of the main cutting blade over the ridge line 13 of the upper end of the axial support surface.
