PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat speaker in which disconnection is rarely generated on a lead part of a voice coil. SOLUTION: The flat speaker is provided with: a diaphragm constituted of voice coils on which at least one and more spirals are formed, a lead part drawn out from the voice coils and reinforced by a reinforcing part and a feeder connected to the end part of the lead part; an edge part on which the diaphragm is supported; and a yoke, in which the edge part is supported, provided with permanent magnets arranged on positions opposed to respective voice coils.
