PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highest water level mark that can be installed in a complicated ground shape for measuring the highest water level at an abnormal time on a manhole wall surface of a sewerage, a river slope, an overflow stream area, or the like, has a size allowing its position to be recognized visually, adheres to a vessel at the highest water level, can measure the highest water level even after a long time, and can quickly prepare for a next measurement without touching an index. SOLUTION: The position of a float floating during flooding can be easily recognized even from a distance by putting a special float in a transparent acrylic tube, and the highest water level can be measured.
