PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively and easily a space by reducing a space necessary for a visual inspection of a pneumatic pouch 1, and to improve the work efficiency of the visual inspection of the pneumatic pouch 1 by shortening a work time for visual inspection of the pneumatic pouch 1. SOLUTION: A rotating table 23 is rotated around a vertical rotation axis C1, and the direction of the pneumatic pouch 1 is changed so that the peripheral surface of the pneumatic pouch 1 in the erected state is positioned in front of a prescribed working position S, and the pneumatic pouch 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction on the prescribed working position S, and then a visual inspection is performed relative to the peripheral surface of the pneumatic pouch 1. The rotating table 23 is rotated around the vertical rotation axis C1, and the direction of the pneumatic pouch 1 is changed so that the side surface of the pneumatic pouch 1 in the erected state is positioned in front of the prescribed working position S, and the pneumatic pouch 1 is rotated in the circumferential direction on the prescribed working position S, and then a visual inspection is performed relative to the inner peripheral surface of the pneumatic pouch 1.
