摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing phosphorescent nanoparticles having a particle diameter of 10 nm or less. SOLUTION: The method comprises a mixing step (S1) of mixing an oxide as a matrix with a rare earth element to prepare a mixed fluid and a heating and forming step (S2) of heating the above mixed fluid, to form phosphorescent nanoparticles in which the above oxide is doped with the rare earth element, and can perform the heat treatment of the precursor of the phosphorescent nanoparticles in a fluidized state. By so doing, the phosphorescent nanoparticles formed do not aggregate with one another and thus do not coarsen. Thus, even fine phosphorescent nanoparticles having a particle size of 10 nm or less can be satisfactorily manufactured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
