The invention relates to an effective novel system for the construction of modular bungalows, which, owing to the use of pile foundations, can be adapted to any changes in ground level and any delicate soil types (sand, slope, difficult access) and which is even suitable for use in water environments (marshes, lagoons, etc.). In order to assemble the aforementioned metal structure comprising columns (6), beams (5), legs (7) and a roof, completely new metal parts had to be invented, namely metal cores (1) and coupling sleeves (4) with multidirectional fixing flanges (3) between beams (5) and columns (6). In addition, the use of metal legs and piles (7) on a crawl space enables the installation to be performed quickly, the system to be adapted to any terrain including a water environment and earthquake-resistant joints and three-dimensional reinforcing cables to be installed. The aforementioned crawl space provides sealing and thermal insulation and water distribution systems and power systems can be supplied in a simple and easily-accessible manner. Moreover, multiple variants can be produced owing to the creation of modular façade panels (10) comprising a vertical metal frame which may or may not be equipped with built-in or add-on insulation, in classic or contemporary styles.
