<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and method and communication terminal equipment capable of reducing multi-path interference and improving communication quality without generating inter-user interference. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio communication system and method and the communication terminal equipment for modulating and transmitting transmission data by using an orthogonal identifier intrinsic to a transmission side, which is allocated to the transmission side, a scramble sequence number for the time of scramble processing is specified to the transmission side on the basis of at least one of a spreading factor in modulation processing and the number of radio communication equipment under communication, and the modulated transmission data are scrambled by respectively multiplying the scramble sequence of the same scramble sequence number decided by a communication controller with the positive polarity region and negative polarity region of the orthogonal identifier respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
