<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep environment adjusting method by controlling light, sound and temperature for forming a comfortable sleep environment and to provide a sleep environment adjusting system materializing it. <P>SOLUTION: This sleep environment adjusting system 10 having at least a light emitting means 14, a sound emitting means 16, and an air conditioning means 18 reduces the temperature by 3°C by taking a temperature falling-asleep preparation time till a time when a user falls asleep, reduces the illuminance from roughly 30 lx to roughly 0 lx by taking a light falling-asleep preparation time from the falling-asleep time, and reduces the volume from an optional volume to roughly 0 dB by taking a sound falling-asleep preparation time longer than the light falling-asleep preparation time from the falling-asleep time. This system rises the temperature approximately by 3°C by taking a temperature getting-up preparation time till a time when the user gets up, intensifies the illuminance from roughly 0 lx to roughly 1000 lx by taking a light getting-up preparation time till the getting-up time, and increases the volume from roughly 0 dB to a prescribed getting-up set volume by taking a sound getting-up preparation time till the getting-up time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
