STRUCTURE OF ACOUSTIC LINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple liner capable of improving durability of the liner by a bypass cooling system without impairing noise damping characteristic and realizing large effect for reducing cost. SOLUTION: This acoustic liner 20 is provided with an outer side panel 26, an inner side panel existent across a space in the direction of crossing from the outer side panel and having a drilled hole, and one bulkhead 32 or more extending by crossing the space between the panels. At least one baffle 44 forms a resonator chamber 34b and a neck pipe 56 related to it in cooperation with the bulkhead.
