The shoe has a shank (1), an insole (2), an outsole and an heel cushion (3) exchangeably inserted into a recess in a heel region in the insole from an inner side of the shoe. The insole has a forefeet section in a fore feet region. A cushion layer (4) made up of foamed latex or foamed plastic is exchangeably inserted into a recess of the outsole in an area of the forefeet section. Soft leather and an elastic textile are stitched in the forefeet section.
